Nadeen was fueled by travellers who believed that the world's most extraordinary experiences should be within reach — not just for the privileged few, but for anyone who truly values the art of travel.
How We Began
An ExperienceThat Became a Mission
In 2018, our founder Nadeen, returned from what was the journey of a lifetime — a two week experience in Bali — feeling profoundly grateful. It was everything she had dreamed of. It all felt personal, an experience that was truly hers.
She spent the following several years travelling with her growing network of travelers, building relationships with hoteliers, chefs, guides, and artisans across the Globe. What she found was a world of extraordinary experiences that most travellers never access — not because they don't exist, but because no one had taken the time to find them and make them available.
Nadeen was fueled to share that. Today, our team of specialist concierges and travel designers maintain personal relationships with over three hundred partners worldwide. We don't sell travel. We craft it.

Nadeen Al-Rashid
Nadeen has visited 94 countries and counting. Her obsession with the gap between ordinary and extraordinary travel led her to found the company in 2009. She personally oversees every bespoke itinerary.
Head of Concierge
James Whitfield
James spent a decade managing guest relations at two of the world's finest hotels before joining Nadeen. He leads our concierge team and personally handles our most complex journeys.

Sofia Reyes
Sofia is responsible for the curation and quality of every destination in our portfolio. A former travel journalist, she brings an editor's eye and a traveller's heart to everything she does.
